We're recruiting for a Field Supervisor & Trainer to join a well-established Home Instead office in Barnet. This is a varied role combining field supervision, quality and Care Professional development.

You'll spend time supporting clients and Care Professionals in the community, while also playing an important role in training, coaching and maintaining high standards across the service. The business also works with an external training provider, so you won't be responsible for delivering all training yourself.
