As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , you'll take ownership of a diverse clinical caseload, working autonomously while being supported by an experienced multidisciplinary team. This is a genuinely hybrid position, including one to two days working from home each week , alongside community-based responsibilities across the region. You'll help shape clinical excellence, mentor healthcare professionals, and drive continuous quality improvement, all within a provider committed to delivering outstanding community-based care.
Package & Benefits Salary of £48,000 to £50,000 per annum. Hybrid working, including one to two days working from home per week. Flexible Monday to Friday working hours.

Key Responsibilities As a Paediatric Clinical Lead , lead and oversee complex paediatric care packages, including comprehensive assessments, care planning, clinical reviews, and risk assessments. Provide clinical leadership through supervision, competency assessments, mentorship, and ongoing support for Registered Nurses and care teams. Drive clinical governance by completing medication audits, spot checks, investigations, and quality improvement initiatives to maintain the highest standards of care.
Work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary professionals while delivering specialist clinical training and providing emergency clinical support when required.
About You Registered Children's Nurse or Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration and experience suitable for a Paediatric Clinical Lead role. Minimum two years' experience managing complex care packages, including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injuries, neurological conditions, or acquired brain injuries. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Bristol, Cheltenham and Swindon .

Commissioning Home Manager Salary: £52,000 per annum | Luxury Elderly Care Provider A luxury care provider is seeking an experienced Commissioning Home Manager to lead the opening of a new care home scheduled for later this year. This is a key appointment for a commercially minded and quality-focused Home Manager who understands what is required to take a new service from development stage through to a successful opening, strong occupancy and high standards of care. You will lead the full commissioning journey, building the team, embedding systems and establishing the homes reputation within the local community. The role. You will take full responsibility for preparing the home for opening and delivering a safe, well-led and commercially successful service from day one.
Key responsibilities include: Leading the pre-opening plan, ensuring the home is operationally ready for launch. Recruiting, inducting and developing a high-performing care, nursing, hospitality and support team. Building occupancy through local relationship building, enquiry management and community engagement. Establishing strong links with local authorities, commissioners, healthcare professionals and community groups. Ensuring the home meets all CQC, safeguarding, health and safety and governance requirements. Creating a positive, values-led culture focused on exceptional resident experience. Developing robust systems for care planning, medication, auditing, training and quality assurance. Managing budgets, staffing costs, agency use and other key performance measures. Supporting families through the admissions process and ensuring a high-quality customer journey. Providing visible leadership and maintaining high standards across care, clinical practice, hospitality and the home environment. About you. You will be an experienced Home Manager with a strong background in elderly residential, nursing or dementia care. Previous commissioning experience would be highly desirable, although experienced turnaround or high-occupancy Home Managers will also be considered.
You will need: Proven experience as a Registered Home Manager within elderly care. A strong understanding of CQC requirements, quality assurance and safeguarding.
Experience recruiting, developing and retaining teams. Commercial awareness, including occupancy, budgets, staffing and agency management. A track record of improving standards, building occupancy or delivering successful change.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with residents, families and external professionals. A hands-on and organised approach, with the resilience to manage a busy pre-opening period. An active NMC PIN would be beneficial, but is not essential.

Work closely with Recruitment and Business Development colleagues to support sustainable service growth.
About You Management experience within community complex care, homecare, domiciliary care or another CQC-regulated service . Strong operational leadership experience with responsibility for service delivery, quality and compliance. Good understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, quality frameworks and risk management .
Confident leading multidisciplinary operational and clinical teams. Commercially aware, with experience contributing to service growth, referrals, tenders or business development . Comfortable building relationships with commissioners and external healthcare stakeholders.
Experience managing complex care services would be highly advantageous. You do not need to be a Registered Nurse or hold an NMC registration to be considered. You may already be a Registered Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager or Care Manager within complex care, homecare or another regulated community care service and be looking for greater responsibility and scope for growth.
Clinical experience or a nursing qualification would be advantageous, but is not essential . An established clinical team provides specialist clinical oversight, allowing you to focus on operational leadership, CQC compliance, quality, people management and sustainable service growth.
