Background This is a role for an experienced Independent Prescriber who wants genuine clinical autonomy from day one. The practice has embedded clinical pharmacists in its team for many years and runs a deliberately flat culture, where pharmacist clinical judgement carries real weight. It is in an active growth phase, investing in clinical and non-clinical roles together, and the clinical lead reviews every CV within 24 hours.
Location The practice is based in Slough, Berkshire, with excellent road and rail links. Windsor is around 15 minutes' drive, Maidenhead around 20 minutes and Reading around 35 minutes, while the M4, M25 and fast rail services into London Paddington are all close by.
