The successful candidate will manage the full client journey, from detailed consultation and skin assessment through to personalised treatment planning, treatment delivery and aftercare. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed consultations and advanced skin assessments Develop personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs and goals Deliver a range of advanced aesthetic and skin treatments safely and confidently Provide comprehensive treatment aftercare and ongoing client support Build strong, long-term client relationships and encourage repeat business Recommend appropriate treatment programmes and professional skincare products Maintain accurate clinical records and the highest standards of patient confidentiality Ensure treatment rooms and equipment meet excellent hygiene and presentation standards Maintain strong knowledge of new treatments, technologies and products Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through to follow-up Experience & Qualifications The successful candidate will ideally have: Level 4 qualification as a minimum , or Level 3 with relevant laser training/Core of Knowledge (COK) Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skin health and treatment planning A strong sales and commercial background , with confidence recommending treatments and retail skincare Previous experience within a premium aesthetics, skin or private clinic environment Excellent consultation, communication and interpersonal skills A professional, polished and client-focused approach Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Treatment Experience Training and/or hands-on experience in several of the following is highly desirable: HydraFacial | Emsculpt | Laser | Radiofrequency (RF) | Microneedling | Exilis | ZO Skin Health / Obagi Hours & Package This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that can be worked across 4 or 5 days . - Excellent starting salary at £39,500pa - Monday to Friday working hours - Hybrid/home working - Birkenhead based when working on-site - 25 days annual leave bank holidays - Pension scheme - Paid NMC/HCPC fees and training is provided What we look for; An NMC registered nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) OR a HCPC qualified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist) with 1 years or more broad post-registration experience Someone whos proactive and keen to learn Excellent oral and written communication skills Competent IT and computer skills Comfortable working with a diverse range of conditions, including mental health No experience as a PIP Disability Assessor is needed as full training will be provided which you will be paid your full-time salary for. All we expect is that you will have 1 years post graduate experience as an RGN, RMN, RLND, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic or Pharmacist and hold an NMC or HCPC registration.
