Salary: £50,000 per annum Full-Time | Permanent A Genuine Clinical Leadership Position Working closely with the Registered Home Manager, you will take responsibility for supporting the clinical operation of the home and providing visible leadership to the nursing and care teams. This is much more than simply being the senior nurse on shift.

You'll have the opportunity to influence clinical standards, develop your team and help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate and genuinely person-centred care.

Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the Registered Manager with the day-to-day clinical management of the home Providing strong clinical leadership to nurses and care staff Maintaining excellent standards of nursing and person-centred care Supporting, mentoring and developing nursing and care teams Staff supervision, performance management and clinical appraisals Supporting rota planning and effective deployment of the care team Reviewing and maintaining person-centred care plans and risk assessments Medication management, audits and clinical monitoring Clinical governance, quality assurance and continuous improvement Safeguarding, MCA and DoLS Maintaining compliance with CQC Fundamental Standards Supporting residents with dementia and complex nursing needs Ensuring compassionate, dignified end-of-life and palliative care Working closely with GPs, healthcare professionals, residents and families Supporting investigations, incidents and clinical action plans Deputising for the Registered Manager when required Helping maintain a positive, supportive and professional culture throughout the home Is This Your Next Step?
