A culture focused on excellence, not volume Advanced technologies and premium skincare brands A loyal, engaged client base you can build lasting relationships with The Role This role is perfect for an experienced therapist who loves skin and sees the whole person behind every treatment. Rather than delivering the same treatment every day, you'll create personalised treatment journeys that combine advanced skin treatments with a refined, considered touch. You'll take pride in outstanding client care, building trust through every interaction and supporting clients to achieve healthy, radiant skin and a genuine sense of wellbeing. You'll also be committed to continually expanding your knowledge. There is also a genuine opportunity to grow into a Trainer role in the future.
Alongside continuing to deliver treatments, you would take responsibility for training existing and new team members, as well as organising further training to support the whole team's development. Treatments Include Bespoke Facials Microneedling Laser Treatments Chemical Peels LED Therapy Advanced Skin Rejuvenation Treatments What You'll Need Minimum NVQ Level 4, ideally NVQ Level 5, CIBTAC, CIDESCO or equivalent qualification Minimum 3 years' experience in a skin clinic, aesthetic clinic or luxury skincare environment A refined touch and experience delivering massage-based treatments for face and body, with the ability to create a deeply personalised and exceptional client experience Strong knowledge of advanced skin treatments and cosmeceutical skincare Excellent consultation and communication skills Confidence recommending treatment plans and homecare A professional, organised and client-focused approach A positive, collaborative colleague with a genuine passion for skin health and wellbeing Working Hours The clinic is open 7 days a week. Full-time therapists work a non-consecutive 4-day shift pattern (40 hours per week), including weekends on a rota basis.
If you're looking to join a clinic that values expertise, professionalism, ongoing education and a truly caring client experience, we'd be delighted to receive your application. Inclusivity We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and are committed to a diverse, inclusive, and discrimination-free workplace. This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.

We're looking for someone who: Is comfortable working independently and taking sole charge. Has experience in routine first-opinion practice and routine surgery, including dog and cat castrations. Can assess and manage basic emergency and critical care cases. Remains calm and adaptable when unexpected cases present.
